Why do pakistani men like blonde girls?

My friend is married to a pakistani man, he's 35 yrs old, he keeps on telling her how he got the hots for young pretty blonde girls. my sister is pretty burnett she keeps telling me " i feel less than a woman" now she wants to go to the salon to bleach her hair blond....i feel soo bad for her.. why he keeps teasing her like this..
