Women from Southeast Asia needs more points to show their intelligence, beauty, tranquility and talent, "says Dr. Juhi Jagiasi of Brandywine hundred.

So she created one of those opportunities - Evening in Bollywood, the subtitle Dances of India and Miss India International Pageant.

Because swimwear taboo for many Indian women in the fitness of the contest participants will compete in the leggings and tank tops, says Jagiasi.
"We want to be a day of fast-paced to hold people's interest," says Jagiasi.
Participants have the opportunity to develop poise and speaking skills, but do not give scholarships competition, Jagiasi said.
The winner goes to Miss International competition in Chicago on July 29 and 30. There, each participant has the opportunity to choose the platform that she spends the year promoting.
"The great thing about this type of experience that you learn about other people, and where they come from," says Jagiasi.
In addition to being an event organizer, Jagiasi, 47, an anesthesiologist and mother. She likes to joke about how its broad range of interests to keep her breathing.
One part of it was devoted to medicine, and another part on the "Desi culture, music, film and fashion of Southeast Asia. Its goal is to raise the profile of all Desi.
Jagiasi, who is also a singer who earned the title of Mrs India North America in 2010 and Mrs. Delaware International 2010.
She says the money raised on Sunday in excess of that necessary to cover the cost goes to "The main hope for children," a nonprofit, which supports orphans in Guyana.

"I think I'm getting a little hyper from all this," Jagiasi jokes.
